Business Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

1- Organise office resources to ensure smooth operations, including managing administrative processes and optimising workflows.
2- Monitor client service and internal project deadlines to ensure quality and timely delivery.
3- Supervise correspondence with clients to manage relationships for business advisory engagements.
4- Maintain accurate records of internal reports, staff timesheets, and compliance documentation.
5- Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and operational updates across departments.
6- Implement and uphold processes and procedures related to client onboarding, compliance, and service delivery.
7- Oversee administrative support staff and act as a key point of contact for operational queries.
